The KUGB held its twice-yearly Grand Slam Competition between the squads of England, Scotland and Wales. Also in attendance this year were competitors from Southern Ireland representing the USKF together with their Chief Instructor Michael Sherlock. One hundred and twenty eight Squad members took part in the event which consists of one hour's training followed by the competition which is designed to give the squads international experience leading up to the World and European Championships.
